Service desk

Do you want to make sure that your IT systems are working properly and that you have someone to turn to in the event of an outage? Our Service Desk will take care of round-the-clock supervision, available to you 24 hours a day. We can thus guarantee comprehensive, friendly and highly professional handling of all your requests. We use so-called remote access to manage client stations, phones, computers and servers, so we can help you within minutes – wherever you are. Remote monitoring allows critical system conditions to be quickly detected and addressed, or even prevented altogether.

IMAC/D, comples services from installation and migration to extensions and upgrades

IMAC / D = Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete / Deinstall. Whether it’s preparing a computer for a new employee or making company-wide IT infrastructure changes, we offer professional planning and execution of the required changes. We have experience with projects involving many thousands of pieces of hardware. This allows your employees to concentrate fully on their work.

  • By installations, we mean complex hardware security from setup, to software and applications, including setting up all network interfaces and access rights.
  • We can migrate individual systems as well as the entire corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Expansions include adding peripherals and components to existing workstations or network environments, and changes primarily involve upgrades to operating systems and workstation applications.
  • Last but not least, we provide hardware de-installation including environmentally friendly disposal and certified data destruction.

Hardware service

At Axians, we have a strong team of 80 professional and certified technicians who perform service interventions not only directly at the customer’s premises, but also at 6 service centres across the Czech Republic. We perform more than 50,000 service interventions per year. Thanks to our strong logistics background, most spare parts are available in stock, which significantly reduces the repair time.

  • We provide the entire lifecycle of the equipment, from HW and SW installation, through service and regular preventive hardware checks at customers’ sites to deinstallation and ecological disposal.
  • We are an authorized service partner for all warranty repairs of HP, DELL, IBM, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Acer and Xerox, Samsung, Lexmark and Olivetti printers. We repair all these devices under warranty, no matter which store or e-shop you buy them from.
  • We repair all brands of global IT manufacturers after warranty.
  • We cooperate with world-class manufacturers of computer and office equipment in the field of service provision. We are a multi-vendor service organization and we provide warranty and post-warranty service to the world’s largest manufacturers such as HP, DELL, IBM, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Acer, Xerox, Lexmark, Epson, Samsung, Olivetti, APC and others.
