Project Manager – HR RPA

Major Functions

  • Support a robotic process automation workstream within 3 years program.
  • The role will drive the deployment of robots for multiple counties in HR Services working closely with a team and RCA CoE.

Good to have

  • Experience with Agile projects and knowledge of the RCA / RPA area.
  • HR process automation experience.
  • Experience and familiarity with implementing and scaling of digital technologies implementation experience.
  • Self Starter with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills and the ability to question “Why?“.
  • Experience in rapid innovation at scale, and building new capabilities and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and deliver products centered around user experience leveraging learn new technologies.
  • Experience of working with multiple third party vendors, strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
  • Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationship.
