Operation Management – Senior Delivery Lead – Lv4

Major Functions

  • Reporting and monitoring on KPIs including risk identification.
  • Drive developments and changes to KPIs. This will include specifying system changes for
    third party suppliers.
  • Create innovative analysis of datasets using existing and new tools and technologies.
  • Engage with CIT Leadership Team to provide insights on performance within their teams.
  • Identify and support the development of process and service improvements.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can
    be improved or automated.
  • Be an active and positive member of the CIT Service Excellence Team.
  • Participate constructively and positively in team and other meetings to promote and
    support communication channels within CIT (Commercial IT).
  • No travelling, remote work can be more than 50%.

Good to have

  • Experience in Service Delivery, Consultancy, Project Management etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in specifying dashboards (QlickSence) is the key thing.
  • Pharma industry experience would be a bonus but not necessary.
