Operation Management – Senior Delivery Lead – Lv4
- Reporting and monitoring on KPIs including risk identification.
- Drive developments and changes to KPIs. This will include specifying system changes for
third party suppliers.
- Create innovative analysis of datasets using existing and new tools and technologies.
- Engage with CIT Leadership Team to provide insights on performance within their teams.
- Identify and support the development of process and service improvements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can
be improved or automated.
- Be an active and positive member of the CIT Service Excellence Team.
- Participate constructively and positively in team and other meetings to promote and
support communication channels within CIT (Commercial IT).
- No travelling, remote work can be more than 50%.
Good to have
- Experience in Service Delivery, Consultancy, Project Management etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in specifying dashboards (QlickSence) is the key thing.
- Pharma industry experience would be a bonus but not necessary.
