Infrastructure Administrator

Major Functions

  • Investigation and resolution of technical requests / security incidents.
  • Remote diagnostic, analysis, identification, investigation and resolution of technical support requests.
  • Timely communication (follow up) with customers with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Cross function communication and collaboration within the organization to solve customer requests.
  • Support the operation with reporting, analytics and/or administrative tasks.
  • Proactively maintain and extend product knowledge by self-study, testing products/software and by attending technical trainings on a regular basis.
  • Handle and evaluate critical issues from T1/T2 group.

Good to have

  • At least 3 years in a Technical related role.
  • Familiar with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-v), Office 365, SQL server, backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of Operating systems (Windows and Linux), basics of networking, scripting.
  • Security knowledge (general principles, network, OS system).
  • Very strong problem-solving skills – ability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach and skills to pinpoint issues of opportunity within the team.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Czech or Slovak on communicative level (written and spoken).
  • Incident handling processes (experience with SOC is advantage) is a big plus.
  • SIEM tools (QRadar skills would be an advantage) is a big plus.
